We offer annual health checks for patients with long term conditions, such as Angina/Diabetes/Asthma etc, and aim to invite patients to attend the Practice around the month of their birthday. However, you can contact the Practice and arrange your appointment if you have not yet been offered one. Likewise if you would like a general health check and do not have a long term condition, you can contact the Practice and book a ‘MOT’ appointment to screen for conditions such as high blood pressure, Diabetes, high cholesterol.
