We offer annual health checks for patients with long term conditions, such as Angina/Diabetes/Asthma etc, and aim to invite patients to attend the Practice around the month of their birthday.

Community Pharmacy/GP or ANP if it persists over 7 days/Minor Injury unit

If it is a suspected serious injury, please search for your nearest Minor Injuries Unit.
