We offer annual health checks for patients with long term conditions, such as Angina/Diabetes/Asthma etc, and aim to invite patients to attend the Practice around the month of their birthday.

If you are taking warfarin blood thinning tablets, we offer our monitoring service, this maybe done at the Hospital or at the Practice.
